Run, walk, flap, glide, or fly your way around the track at Glasgow Park on Sunday, September 17, 2023 to help native wild birds at Tri-State’s 3rd Annual Feathered Friends 5K. However you do it, you’ll be giving a second chance to a wild native bird at Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research.

Wild birds need our help, now more than ever!  We admit over 3,500 wild native birds in need—mostly due to human behavior— to our clinic every year.  Our goal is to return them to the wild, strong and healthy.  Join us for a health-filled, fun way to help save the life of injured and oiled wild birds. You can make a difference for this great ‘caws’! Be sure to share with your family and friends.  Do it for the birds!
